Headset extension lead for 7-pin systems with junction allowing you to attach your in-ear speakers to your Autocom headset in place of or in addition to the Autocom speakers via the in-ear speakers single 3.5mm headset plug. The coiled portion of the lead holds the in-ear speaker cable in place.
