Your System is guaranteed to be free from bike and wind noise at any speed or we will replace the product or it's cost when used alone or with compatible peripherals based upon the Guarantee Procedure.

Guarantee Procedure

As will all true noise-canceling equipment, an Autocom's overall system performance will mirror installation accuracy.  Therefore, adherence to the installation instructions is important in order to achieve proper system and headset performance.

Step 1 - Should a performance question arise, re-trace the installation to verify proper set-up and use.
Step 2 - Verify the compatibility of any 3rd party peripheral(s) or component(s).
Step 3 - Test the performance of any Autocom component* in question given proper installation and use.
Step 4 - At this point, if you have not achieved the performance described, or a component required inspection, please call for support.  We will take you through the steps required to adjust the system to Autocom standards.

After making the changes advised by the technician and having the technician verify that no problem exists with the bike, installation, peripheral(s), an individual component(s) or use, the system does not perform as described in our brochure or website, we will replace or refund the cost of this product upon it's return.

Guarantee Guidelines

This guarantee applies to consumer applications only and is good for 30 days from the date of purchase. A dated copy of the receipt from an Authorized Autocom Dealer is required for all requests.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and be in a 'as new' condition showing no wear or modification, or a restocking fee may be applied.

Purchases from a dealer must be returned to that dealer. Units must be bought within the United States to qualify.

This guarantee is independent of Autocom's factory warranty, which covers components and workmanship.
